About the class: An ESL (English as a Second Language) Business class is a course designed for non-native English speakers who want to improve their language skills in a business context. This class focuses on the language and terminology used in business settings, such as meetings, negotiations, presentations, and correspondence. Students learn how to communicate effectively in a professional environment, both orally and in writing. The class may cover topics such as business etiquette, cross-cultural communication, and understanding and using key business concepts and terms. The course may also involve role-playing and other interactive activities to help students practice the skills they have learned. The aim of this class is to help students develop the language and communication skills needed to succeed in a business setting, both in their professional careers and in their personal interactions with English-speaking colleagues and clients.
This class is recommended for intermediate and advanced students.
